Ouch! It was my workout

Monday, October 27 2008 -

Last weekend I did enough physical activity and today I have some post-exercise pain, these were my sets:

Saturday morning

1h 15' gym session with:

- Quick rope warm up

- Pectoral and triceps circuit
    bench press
    pectoral machine
    flies on 30° bench
    crossover (cables)

- Dorsal, back and biceps circuit
    pulley
    bent over row
    lat machine
    stripping curl
    upright row
   
- Stretching (is a must!)

Were almost all fast sets with at least 16 repetitions and less pause between exercises.

Sunday morning
12 Kilometers long run, on mixed road and cross-country terrain, inside the "Groane" Park... chasing my wife on her bike :) (helps me keeping the right pace!).

Ok, good enough to start a new week working on my desktop, without feeling worried about moving only my fingers, eyes and tongue :'(
