In Production!

A year ago, I joined a product team working in an online bank.
The project was very challenging due It's schedule, features and requirements, but today we (the team) finally reached the target: It's in production since this early morning for the italian market and customers.
This year for me was full of trials and satisfactions, but also a precious chance to grow and improve myself.
Once again, I had the proof that a good communication skill is often a key concept in my job. I like communicating with people and do brainstorming with peers and stakeholders, I know sometimes could be hard and very tiring, but as you may already know: It's always better to spend hours around a process than trying to fix later a sneaky issue arising from it.
So today a new chapter starts, new trials and new issues will appear on the horizon, the project itself is complex and wide, after all It's an online bank right?
