Hi, my name is Andrea Colaci and I'm a freelance consultant, I begun my career in 1999, when after the 1st year at University I decided to join the Navy, I started my duty as EDP operator at Data Processing Unit in La Spezia and afterwards at Weapons and Operation Unit in Taranto.
After this precious experience, I was focused on solutions design and development in several business scenarios like: TLC, post-sales services, accounting, industry (aluminum treatment) and Finance.
I achieved my first certification in 2004 and since August 2005 I also started my trainer activity as Microsoft Certified Trainer.
Actually I work as Senior Consultant in a Bank in Milan, I'm interested about SOA scenarios and though I always worked in Italy, I'd like to have a chance to work in Europe or USA.
But since I find my job very interesting and fun (...and yes sometimes complex!), It often means hours and hours sitting in front of an LCD screen, so I try to compensate it doing as much sports and outdoor activity as I can: during my spare time I like to get fit running, going to gim, but in summer I prefer to jump on a boat and go freediving and spearfishing.
In September 2008, I opened this blog with the intent to start writing technical and non-technical posts, articles, book and software reviews. I wish to build a kind of personal online-repository, where sharing my experiences and grow.
